To register as an observer or speaker to attend this listening session, please provide the following information (registration deadline is June 29, 2009). Please fill out all fields and do not use abbreviations. After you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation via email within two business days. If you wish to speak during the listening session on July 6, 2009, please indicate the approximate length of your presentation under the comment field on the registration form. We ask that you limit your comments to a maximum of 30 minutes. In addition, please list any required audio/visual aids needed (laptop, projector, etc.). Please note that in order to gain access to this EPA building, you will need to bring a proper photo I.D.

A teleconference number will also be provided for registered attendees. The call-in number and pass-code will be emailed to you prior to the listening session date.
